Join us on Sunday for a deeply grounding 75-minute candlelit vinyasa flow at the in·reach studio. This special session will begin with 40 minutes of fluid, breath-led movement to build warmth and release tension, followed by restorative poses and meditation to guide you into a state of complete relaxation.
