Rather than simply collecting beautiful images, this practice encourages you to begin with presence. Through guided breathwork, meditation, and reflection, you'll create a vision board that feels personally meaningful and aligned with your intentions.

How it works?

This practice combines breathwork, a guided meditation, and the creation of a personal vision board. You'll begin by calming your mind and body through breathwork, then move into a meditation that helps you explore what feels meaningful in this season of your life. Finally, you'll bring those insights into a visual form by selecting and arranging images that reflect the life, emotions, and experiences you wish to welcome.

What You'll Need:

  • The printable images included in this workbook (or your own inspiring images)
  • Scissors and glue
  • A large sheet of paper or poster board
  • A quiet, comfortable space where you can fully immerse yourself

Take your time with the process. There is no right or wrong way to create your vision board. This is not about forcing outcomes—it's about making space for clarity, intention, and the life that already feels true within you.
