Inreach Event Terms & Conditions
We are delighted to welcome you to an Inreach event. Our experiences are designed to create a calm, supportive, and inspiring environment for all guests. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following terms before attending.
By booking or attending an Inreach event, workshop, or class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
Participation & Wellbeing
Your comfort and wellbeing are important to us. By attending an Inreach event, you confirm that you feel physically well and able to participate in the activities offered.
Our events may include wellness activities such as movement, stretching, mindfulness practices, or similar experiences. Participation in all activities is voluntary, and guests are encouraged to move at their own pace and listen to their body throughout the experience.
If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns that may affect your participation, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before attending and informing our team in advance.
By participating in the event, you accept personal responsibility for your wellbeing and participation.
Pregnancy
If you are pregnant or believe you may be pregnant, please inform us prior to the event so we can help determine whether the activities are suitable or provide appropriate guidance.
Liability Waiver
By attending and participating in an Inreach event, you acknowledge that participation in wellness or movement-based activities involves physical activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Inreach, its founders, instructors, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, and event venues from any claims, demands, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses that may arise from participation in the event.
Participants accept full responsibility for their participation and agree that Inreach and its partners cannot be held liable for any injury, health concern, accident, or loss occurring during or in connection with the event.
Participants confirm that they understand the nature of the activities offered and voluntarily choose to participate. By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they have carefully read these Terms & Conditions and agree that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.
Essential Oils & Wellness Elements
Some events may incorporate wellness elements such as essential oils, aromatherapy, or similar products.
If you have allergies, sensitivities, respiratory conditions, or other concerns, please inform the organizers before the event and use your discretion when participating.
Gifts & Third-Party Partner Products
From time to time, guests may receive curated gifts from wellness, beauty, or lifestyle partners. These may include cosmetics, skincare products, or food items.
These products are provided by third-party brands, and Inreach does not manufacture or control these products. Participants are responsible for reviewing ingredients and determining suitability for their personal needs.
Inreach cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, product defects, or other issues related to third-party products.
Food & Dietary Considerations
Some events may include refreshments or food items. While we aim to work with thoughtful partners, we cannot guarantee that food items are free from allergens.
Guests are responsible for reviewing ingredients and ensuring suitability for their dietary needs.
Booking Policy
All bookings are final and tickets are non-refundable.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and provide the new participant’s name and contact details so we can update the guest list.
Transfers may not be accepted after this time.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend an event without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the ticket will be forfeited.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed events.
Event Cancellation or Changes
In the unlikely event that Inreach needs to cancel or reschedule an event, participants will be offered:
• a credit toward a future Inreach event, or
• a rescheduled date for the same event
Credits may be subject to an expiry period and are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
Minimum Participants
Some events require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not reached, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled. In this case, participants will receive a credit toward a future event or an alternative event date.
Force Majeure
Inreach shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:
• severe weather
• illness
• venue issues
• travel disruptions
• government restrictions
• public safety concerns
• other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled event or a credit toward a future event.
Arrival Time
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask participants to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, unless otherwise stated.
Late arrivals may not be able to join once the event has started in order to maintain the flow of the experience.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. Inreach cannot be responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or unattended.
Photography & Media
Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken during events to share the experience with our community.
By attending an Inreach event, participants grant permission for images or videos taken during the event to be used on Inreach platforms including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
If you prefer not to appear in photos, please inform a member of the team upon arrival.
Respectful Environment
Inreach events are designed to provide a welcoming and supportive space for all participants.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, partners, venues, and other participants. Inreach reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place.
Agreement
By booking or attending an Inreach event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and attending an Inreach event, I confirm that:
• I feel physically well and able to participate in the activities offered.
• I understand that participation in wellness and movement activities is voluntary and I am responsible for my own comfort and well-being during the event.
• I will inform the organizers in advance if I am pregnant, have injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect my participation.
• I understand that some events may include essential oils, cosmetics, food, or partner products and I accept responsibility for checking ingredients or suitability for my personal needs.
• I agree that Inreach, its instructors, staff, partners, and venues are not responsible for injuries, health issues, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the event.
• I understand that all bookings are non-refundable.
• I understand that if an event is cancelled by Inreach, I will receive a credit toward a future Inreach event or a rescheduled date.
• I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By completing my booking, I confirm that I have read and agree to these terms.
